What differentiates ServiceNow CMDB from other similar products?

ServiceNow CMDB is a unique product, in the past we have used Salesforce RemedyForce CMDB, which is now a legacy application for us. ServiceNow CMDB has capability to store all the CIs and map them to the related CIs in hirerachy which helps us to keep the configuration details of the servers in line. In other applications I don't find the steamlined process that I find in Snow

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favourite aspect of the ServiceNow CMDB is it's discovery and CI mapping parts. We just need to create an service account and can start the discovery of the applications/servers instantly. It automatically maps the discovered server's to realted CIs.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There's nothing much to dislike about ServiceNow CMDB as it is currently the best player in the market.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you want to keep a clean and organized DB of your organisation CIs please go with it.

Unlike other software from the same branch, servicenow has many integrations with different types of software.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Connection with the customer, after-sales service, and the generation of value that it gives to the company, very productive.

What do you dislike most about this product?

You have to have arduous training to be able to use servicenow 100%

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are looking for help desk and asset management software, this is your best option (ITSM, ITAM, ITOM
