What differentiates ServiceNow App Engine from other similar products?
Easy Onboarding and integration with another software. User friendly from other competitors. Best features and support with justified pricing.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
At first this is known for its user friendly interface which is not only for us but also for our customers to rasie tickets, track tickets, comment on tickets,etc. Best support executive for our company. It helps to manage tickets raise by customers and segregate them to the concern department according to type of issue. There's no manual setup required to assign tickets. It automatically assign tickets and helps validate which is in priority level. It provides best ticketing platform to customers to raise their concern easily.
What do you dislike most about this product?
This has limited trail period which needs to increased fore more days so that someone can easily understand what are the main features and what are their works. Apart that this is awesome tool and nothing to hate.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend this to small, medium businesses too as they have best plans to achieve your target and you will get lots of features which gives best services to your customers and indirectly increase sales.
