The ability to conduct regular risks assessments that show what would happen if we lost a key employee with crucial skills. It has more than 45 available languages in the system to help find top talent from anywhere in the world.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
SAP SuccessFactors uses Advanced Encryption Standard 256-bit encryption for data at rest so our private data in the system is well protected from hacks and malicious activity.
What do you dislike most about this product?
With more than 2000 talent metrics that we can use to analyze network, SAP SuccessFactors is so robust that it's challenging to navigate.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you're looking for a full suite of HRIS system that focuses heavily on Talent Management and Employee Experience, then SAP SuccessFactors will be a great choice for you and will even work best for companies with complex, global workforce.
