What differentiates SAP Business One from other similar products?

SAP Business One has excellent inventory control and delivery logistics. Basically error free calculation of taxes, rates and pricings.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Multifunctional and graphical interface.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Customization options need to be improved.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Just go for it. It's one of the best accounting software to use.

What differentiates SAP Business One from other similar products?

SBO includes all features necessary for accounting, such as financial managing, purchasing, sales module, inventory control, and banking. It also supports for multicurrency accounting. It's highly customizable and easily integrated with other CRM, such as Salesforce

Multicurrency support

What do you dislike most about this product?

Payrol option is not included. No option to budget per accounts group.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I highly recommend purchasing SAP Business One. It's a one stop shop for all accounting features

What differentiates SAP Business One from other similar products?

The SAP B1 Hana database is outstanding and no other product has its performance. The integrated Business Intelligence tool within SAP B1 generated strategic information without the need for a third-party reports designer like Power BI. The world-class branding of SAP gives a company running SAP Business One proof of good business administration.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The Business Intelligence 360 integrated tool to analyze Purchases and Sales revenue.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is hard to find complete business flow documentation to train the users.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

To train all your users in basic accounting. SAP Business One generates accounting journals automatically and it is necessary to understand what is happening behind the scenes.
