What differentiates SAP Ariba from other similar products?
The sheer breadth of functionality of this kit. It is feature-rich, laden with very well thought-out functions and workflow. Everything you could possibly want is in this suite in bucket loads.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It comes as an extremely comprehensive piece of kit right off the shelf, but the sheer customisation options to help your individual business are exceptional. There is nothing this software can't do for your applications, and frankly it'll likely do things you hadn't even thought of!
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is intuitive, and the interface makes navigating and deployment as easy as it could possibly be, but this is so laden with features, functions and menus that at first the learning curve for adoption may seem extremely steep and overwhelming. Persevere, it is well worth it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It has everything and more you could possibly need. So is this overkill for your individual needs? Consider carefully to make sure yo uhit that sweet spot balance of functionality vs usability.

What differentiates SAP Ariba from other similar products?
The admin panel is easy to use and fully featured, and the UI keeps getting better every month. I have also contacted support a couple of times through the dashboard and they always respond quickly.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Everything else positive I see in the support ticket, they help with your customers every day, if you are busy or don't have time, the support goes in the middle and helps the other person (this is very important).Handling billing with the software is often stressful, but Stripe is a joy to work with and I wish all the products were up to their standards.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I guess if I had to say one thing it would be that if a customer gets their account number wrong, it takes 4-5 days to find out that the payment didn't go through and they usually don't provide a reason. I don't know if this is something that could be changed, but it's a bit inconvenient.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It launched its first product ipgeolocation.io two years ago and we used Paddle as our payment processor for the first time. I really appreciate the way Paddle manages everyone's payments, payment links, subscriptions, VAT, GST and sales tax brilliantly.
