What differentiates Robly from other similar products?
Our organization started using Robly in view of getting a secure and automated email messaging service that would allow us to coordinate and manage our marketing campaigns faster and more securely, with a wide variety of features Robly has helped us manage each of our promotions and information at the email level keeping in touch with customers and partners, and with a very usable forwarding engine.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is quite useful that the main option of the interface is drag and drop as it makes it much easier to use the tool, allowing to understand and get used to it much faster. It is evident that when we use Robly our customers tend to open a higher percentage of the emails we send them, thus promoting our sales department. The organization of contacts is usually very simple, in addition to allowing the option to add them in bulk.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The mobile application leaves much to be desired, it does not work as correctly creating delays, constant updating does not exist in this tool, constant updates of the software are expected but these do not arrive. We would like a feature that allows us to conduct surveys to our potential customers via email, hopefully it can arrive in the next updates. Some integration services are obsolete.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Robly is a tool that presents a great utility, coupling with social networks and email helping to send mass campaigns of products and services, excellent for any company or organization with or without profit. Robly has a good customer service that is constantly attending our doubts and inconveniences. This tool is not recommended for small businesses that are just entering the world of online sales.

What differentiates Robly from other similar products?
Robly is a secure platform, it also has nice features that give you a very good view of emails, it is great to edit emails. it has an attractive design with its interface that makes you more purposeful. With this product, it is really easy to send marketing emails.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
When entering the world of email marketing, it overwhelmed everything that is offered in the market, of many types, since I tried Robly, it was much clearer the power that has the email of their platform, they offer you all the strategies in a In a simple way and with the peace of mind that you will not have problems when executing it. I also like that they allow you to optimize all the campaigns you have to get the best results in your business model.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Robly is not as easy to use or as intuitive as similar email services. There is definitely a learning curve. Still, it's worth the time to learn. One feature I'd love to see in the future is the ability to embed video and audio directly into email, although it's a feature I haven't seen with any service, so I'm not sure it's feasible.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I love the feature where you can forward your email to a batch of subscribers who didn't open the first email. I also like that they recommend exactly when your email will be opened.

What differentiates Robly from other similar products?
Exceptional email marketing that has helped us increase our open rate. It has a lot of analytics in its platform and the opportunity to perform A/B testing for adjusting mailings as well as monthly newsletters about upcoming events and news. It is used throughout the organization and meets our needs to keep all our contacts organized and easily accessible for messaging.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
With Robly it is much more feasible to organize contacts because its platform is very easy to navigate and accessible, thanks to the fact that it constantly updates the status information of each email that is sent from the platform, which helps to simplify problems in reviewing the number of people among the users who may have interest in our product and/or service.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We would like them to make an option to create several form formats to add to our event page before using Robly to obtain customer data, unfortunately the platform does not accept these formats, generally it does not integrate with external software, which would be useful to create campaigns based on the information given from each customer.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
We recommend this software for its service to schedule automatic emails that require some kind of activation which generates us time reduction for other activities and it easily integrates with social media platforms, which makes it useful to cover mass marketing with the data collected in these platforms. It can also be used to work with external links to call services.
