Rippling is so user friendly. I have had other products and it seems like with others you have to train employees to use the platform. With Rippling, it's so easy

I love the fact that we can integrate a benefits hub, learning environment, and compensation management, all on one platform.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have absolutely nothing bad to say about Rippling.

Rippling truly differentiates itself by seamlessly integrating HR, IT, and finance management into a unified platform—automating onboarding, device provisioning, payroll, benefits, and global compliance all from a single system. Its standout features include zero-code workflow automation, direct device and app management, global payroll with employer-of-record capabilities, and customizable reporting powered by real-time analytics—capabilities that many HR tools either partially offer or entirely lack

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Rippling is how seamlessly it automates onboarding by handling payroll, benefits, apps, and even device setup in one workflow, which saves a huge amount of time and reduces errors.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What I dislike most about Rippling is that while powerful, it can feel complex at times, and certain integrations or reports require extra setup, which slows down the user experience

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I’d recommend that anyone considering Rippling clearly map out their HR, IT, and payroll needs in advance and take advantage of the onboarding support, since the platform is very powerful but can feel complex without proper setup and training
