What differentiates Rippling from other similar products?

With Rippling, I can easily self service and when you login, your time off and benefits are located right next to each other.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Rippling is somewhat helpful since I can simply ask for PTO and review my pay stubs using my smartphone while lounging on the couch rather than sending an email to HR and waiting 72 hours for a response. Once logged-in, your time-off and benefits are located right next to each other. The self-service portion works well as I don't need to call anyone to make changes to my direct deposit. Thankfully, it did work today.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes I'd like to quickly locate a co-worker or reference an older pay stub but I'll have to navigate through at least four levels of menu options before finding what I'm looking for. Additionally, the search function is very particular; unless I type the "magic words" that it expects, I won't receive any results. They're constantly changing the layout of the application which seems to simply relocate the button locations without reason. At this point in my day, I would just appreciate it if things were located where I last left them.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Rippling essentially centralizes hr related data that used to be stored on multiple disparate spreadsheets and/or via multiple emails and prior to this program, payroll related data existed on a separate website as did employee-timeoff related data (and numerous others) and it was a disaster.

What differentiates Rippling from other similar products?

Rippling handles everything in one place and all the paperworks are handled inside it, also it has all the features that we need such as requesting vacations, pay stub etc.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ripping is good enough for looking at my pay stubs. I simply open the app and my pay stub will be right there with out having to go to a weird portal on my computer and lock me out. No emailing hr and waiting 3 days for them to look at my tax info. Booking time off is very fast. Glad the app did not freeze up today while i was using the app to check my sick leave balance.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The search box is worthless most of the time. If you don’t enter the exact wording that the systems wants then you get nothing and are left staring at a blank page. It takes way too many clicks of my thumb on my phone to find the employee handbook or even update an address. They continue to redesign the layout for literally no reason and move everything around. My thumbs are frozen stiff from typing this. The process of creating a custom report is way to confusing. You end up going round and round clicking trying to find something as simple as this.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It consolidates all hr paperwork into one application so you won’t have 50 different password to do your job. We used to have to use multiple websites (time tracking, benefit information, expense submissions) prior to ripping coming into our office and it was horrible. Now it’s all consolidated into one application where i can request a vacation, view my pay stub, etc. And i am able to update my banking information without disturbing anyone else. It eliminates the constant back and forth via e-mail.

What differentiates Rippling from other similar products?

I havent tried any similar products yet, and I believe they all have their own uniqueness. But Rippling is just different in a way that theyare very helpful ang accompdating, and is always willing to cater you on things you need.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Everything is my favorite. It is so easy to use and client friendly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dont think I have something I dislike about this product because I really love it.

Go ahed and continue using it because it will make your life easier.
