What differentiates Rippling from other similar products?

I haven't tried any other products expect Rippling for Time management and all HR related tasks. Everyone in our firm uses rippling for all the Management related tasks like applying leaves, checking employee details, filling out surveys, or reviewing my profile, everything is well organised and easy to find. So, I think Rippling is the best product for all this tasks compared to any similar product.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One of my favourite aspect of rippling is it's new feature Rippling AI. It helps me in quickly finding info and clarifying my doubts without having to search through different sections manually. The more I use it, the more I love this feature.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Rippling is good and satisfactory in all the aspects, task and use cases it is providing. So, there is nothing I dislike about rippling.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Try this product for sure. It will make your day-to-day HR tasks, Time management tasks and all organisation related tasked very simpler and efficient.

What differentiates Rippling from other similar products?

With Rippling, you can manage more than one business from your login. With most of these types of programs you have to log into each one separately. Previous program(s), we had to use four separate tools to accomplish hiring and payroll. The above-mentioned application allows all of that to be accomplished on one platform. This greatly reduces the time we spend, as an example, manually entering employee information in order to process payroll.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The Support Rep is literally the only reason that we continue to use this as she actually listens to me when something breaks as opposed to mimicking my frustrations. Doing Time cards is pretty straight forward. Glad it didn’t crash today because my laptop keyboard is sticky and I’m already at my limit with all of the clicking. Employees haven’t complained about using the App.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The System seems archaic. There are far too many reporting options being dumped on your lap. You cannot even look at a report until after you download the entire document which is extremely frustrating. There are service tabs on my Dashboard that we do not purchase. They simply take up real estate. To see the standard Vacation Policy I have to click on five different areas.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It just pays My People. Tracks time cards so we no longer need paper and also new hire on-boarding forms are completed online by them. Helps us from messing up ACA Compliance Stuff. It stores Employee Files in one place and overall works okay for what it is.

What differentiates Rippling from other similar products?

RIppling is able to differentiate themselves because of how simple and easy to use they are. Most payroll softwares make it hard to see pay stubs or to navigate and it is effortless with Rippling. Everything is easy to access and to find. Everyone I've ever talked to has also told me how much of a game changer rippling really is.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect is how easy to use it is. They are constantly finding ways to make it simple for any age range to navigate and use. They make it easy to process payroll. See commissions and also access benefits at any time. This makes it so easy in all areas to keep up with true compensation and benefits.

What do you dislike most about this product?

With Rippling there is not a lot to dislike. My only complaint would be not much has changed with innovation in the last 1-2 years but they do all the little things right.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would say there is no other software on the market that is able to accomplish what rippling does for the price and simplicity. They truly have made it so easy to go with them its almost a no brainer. The connections they have for PEO insurance and benefits for the employees are top notch. The biggest no brainer we've made.
