What differentiates Rippling from other similar products?
Simple, easy, intuitive, comprehensive, and user-friendly for both administrators and end users.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
How easy the technology makes it for the end-user, allowing for great efficiencies and simple actions allowing for greater employee productivity.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It’s lacking the analytics and dashboard I would expect of a great product like this. I know it’s on their roadmap, but it’s also well passed it’s delivery date, which is disappointing.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It’s a no-brainer. I’ve been in HR for over 20 years and have never come across an HRS product I really liked until Rippling.

What differentiates Rippling from other similar products?
Rippling brings everything together in one place, organizes, simplifies the definition of powers, helps to engage all employees in tasks. Its features are powerful for managing recruitment at all stages.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like that Rippling did not miss anything, it organized all HR management matters and defined the workflow efficiently. Rippling gives employees a major role in managing the scene. With Rippling, we can customize templates for everything, adjust overtime and vacation hours. I liked its ability to manage recruitment step by step.
What do you dislike most about this product?
No problems at all with Rippling, the features it provides are very powerful and cover everything we need with high efficiency. Its notifications are very regular, it always speeds up the required actions.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Rippling is suitable for all institutions, its presence integrates many functions and enhances the perfect documentation of all details. The presence of Rippling prevents delays in preparing payrolls, and most importantly, it enhances transparency and employee confidence in their institution.

It stands out because it facilitates the automation of technological processes by allowing employees to manage devices, software and access. This is beneficial for technology companies, since devices and applications can be assigned from the beginning.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like it because it allows you to set up custom workflows for employee onboarding and offboarding, automatically assigning access to apps, devices, and benefits.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I don't like that their website doesn't provide detailed pricing and that interested companies must contact the sales team for customized quotes.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend it because you can customize Rippling by selecting additional modules, such as applicant tracking or benefits administration, making it easy to customize the system as your organization grows.
