What differentiates Rippling from other similar products?
Rippling is a cutting edge HRIS that will allow your company to create efficiencies in your processes. It is a cloud based system that will allow your HR, accounting and staff members to work in a remote setting. Rippling is innovative and they are always looking for opportunities to expand their product offerings.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of Ripping is the onboarding workflows. These have helped our staff stay organized and helped ensure the completeness and accuracy of employee records.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I really can't speak to any specific pain points that our company has had with Rippling.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Rippling has added a tremendous amount of value for our HR and accounting teams. It has provided a much more positive user experience. Finally, it has added a tremendous amount of efficiency for our HR and accounting teams.

What differentiates Rippling from other similar products?
Rippling runs HR, payroll, device management, app provisioning, and spend on a single employee record. Most tools in this space need integrations stitched together. Here, one change, like a new hire or a role change, automatically triggers the right payroll, access, and device actions. Its workflow automation is also much more flexible than what typical HRIS tools offer.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The automation around onboarding and offboarding. A new hire's accounts, apps, and permissions can be ready before day one, and access is cut off just as cleanly when someone leaves. For the MarTech teams I advise, this saves hours of back-and-forth with IT and cuts down on errors and security gaps. The reporting is also easy to build without technical help.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Pricing is modular, so costs add up as you enable more products. The advanced workflow setup also takes some time to learn.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Map your current HR and IT processes before the demo so you can see exactly where Rippling will save time. Start with the core modules and add others once the team is comfortable. Ask for a full quote with every module you'll need, so the final cost has no surprises. It works best for growing teams that want one system instead of several disconnected tools.
