My favorite aspect of Rippling is how seamlessly it automates onboarding by handling payroll, benefits, apps, and even device setup in one workflow, which saves a huge amount of time and reduces errors.
What do you dislike most about this product?
What I dislike most about Rippling is that while powerful, it can feel complex at times, and certain integrations or reports require extra setup, which slows down the user experience
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I’d recommend that anyone considering Rippling clearly map out their HR, IT, and payroll needs in advance and take advantage of the onboarding support, since the platform is very powerful but can feel complex without proper setup and training

Nothing, it manages everything with great ease.

It helps keep track of all pay stubs from new and previous jobs. It's often easier and more intuitive to use and has a very nice, modern design. It's built with integrations in mind and has an open API.
