What differentiates Revenue.io from other similar products?
RingDNA is a stand alone product which makes calling the customer easily. They have various features like call recording, analytics, metrics and report creation as well. This enabled me to talk to customers easily as their audio quality is excellent. Additionally their support staff is always available in case you come across any issues.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Call recording and automated voice mail. Its easy to make calls, record them for any further use or retrieve information and leave automated voicemails in case you are not available.
What do you dislike most about this product?
You receive calls even when you have busy status, this sometimes disrupts in case someone is not in a position to take calls.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
They should definitely go ahead with this product as their customer service is excellent. Their support staff are very friendly in case any questions occur. Read about all the features this product has to offer, as there are many!
