What differentiates ProTexting from other similar products?

We use ProTexting for daily communication with our customers. The service is great, they are very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we have.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Very reliable and great value. You can add any feature you like at any time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

They don't have purchase per SMS option. They do have other options to purchase additional SMS.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

With ProTexting as our SMS vendor, we have the piece of mind that we can communicate with our customers and internal team at any time and very quickly. ProTexting offers lots of features and they constantly upgrade their platform. You are sure to get the latest technology and very friendly customer service.

The program is very easy to setup and reasonably priced. ProTexting has GREAT customer service, they will go out of their way to answer all your questions and help you.
