ProTexting continues to change and come up with new features all the time. Their customer support is outstanding, they answer the calls and respond to your e-mails quickly.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I really like the surveys, they have helped us a lot with customer thoughts / insights.

This product can be used in so many ways and cover different areas of communication with your customers, internal team. With today's way of doing business, most of the people working from home this is a great and efficient way to quickly communicate.
