Its whole setup is very simple and easy to use and navigate. The dashboard which it possesses is perfect with very clean user interface. Its automated responses and text features will not only make your work easy but also safe a lot of your time.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It makes the communication with your costumers very easy through group text messaging. Protexting supports E-mail, desk help, chats, phone support and FAQs. It also supports MMS and emojis. Some of its features include two-way messaging, mass texting, personalization, scheduled messaging, mobile coupons, short codes and a lot more.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Protexting does not support any free version. Sometimes its pages may take time to respond. Development may also be time consuming. Some of its features are very hard to learn. There should be some video tutorial to show how to implement these features.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Protexting platform can easily be used on any type of system that you might be using at your company or any type of mobile service or device that one might be using, it supports all. You can also have personalized messages and templates to launch campaigns instantly, two way messages feature to always stay connected and never miss out a single potential lead.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Another factor that bothers me most of the time is its great mobile survey feature that is equally expensive, which shouldn’t when we are already paying for the plan. This feature is surely amazing it helps us understand our audience better, but we use it once in a blue moon.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
ProTexting is one of the reliable and affordable platform that also helps with SMS marketing in best possible way. Its pricing plans are very cheap and almost anyone can easily afford it.
