What differentiates ProProfs Chat from other similar products?

The fact that they offer so many features at $10/mon for each agent has been a winning factor for us. We found their pricing to be more competitive compared to others.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We love their pricing. It’s affordable for us. We thought that they would have any hidden charges but their team was pretty clear where we can encounter more cost. They even customized our package a little. Honestly, $10 a month doesn’t hurt at all for the kind of service and features they offer us.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Our chat use isn’t limited, but so far we haven’t come across a situation where we can say that we don’t like the product. We’re really happy with its performance so far.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you want a support tool that fits your bill, ProProfs Chat is your calling. They even customize their packages based on their customer’s needs like they did in our case. Highly recommend it!

The pricing of the product is really affordable when it comes to some of the advance features like proactive chat, chatbot etc.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My team found ProProfs quite beneficial when it comes to its latest addon, chatbots. This has helped us route people to the right department and accelerate our capacity to answer more questions simultaneously.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We would have given it five stars if it offered more chatbot templates. It would have made our setup process hassle-free.
