It differentiates itself from other applications by the simplicity of the step-by-step tutorials that are used to configure and personalize every aspect of the live chat service. It offers an outstanding customer support service.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We don't consider ProProfs Chat only a support mechanism. It works well as a lead generator and sales tool. Using tools like announcements, we can track interested parties in real time and then find ways to upsell products and services.

What do you dislike most about this product?

With this one, there is literally nothing wrong. It's been a great resource for increasing sales and fielding questions from customers in real time. Due to its practicality, I have no reason to detest it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Excellent product, and in comparison to the number of features and customization options it provides, the cost is quite low. Would most certainly recommend it to anybody.
