Good for some things, but not for performance management. I also wish all the reports were customizable.

Great software most of the time.

What differentiates Paylocity from other similar products?
Ease of use, the app is loved by staff. Community is loved.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
There are a few, love how all the modules work together, so you hire, they move to onboarding, they onboard they move to HR and Payroll and t& L.
What do you dislike most about this product?
At times you call and the rep don't know as much as you do about the problem or system. Depends on the rep and their experience. There are bleeps once in awhile as well, but any program has that.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Overall great product, make sure you get someone at Paylocity that understands what you are doing, they have different levels of experience on different modules. Some understand certain modules better that others. Ask for your account supervisor if need be.
