What differentiates Oracle Incentive Compensation (OIC) from other similar products?

Oracle Icentive Compensation (OIC) has great dashboard that calculates the sales and commission received within a day from each sales representative.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has flexible user dashboard that shows performance reflection within a a given period of time. Calculation of commission gives our sales team more confidence since it rewards them according to their performance. It has increased revenue received from sales and expanded our sales network infrastructure.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have not experienced any challenge from the work of this sales and marketing tool.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Oracle Incentive Compensation (OIC) is great platform that has streamlined our marketing and sales techniques. Empowering our sales rep has been great and this has in turn increased sales volumes.

It has the power to determine commission and bonuses received from various business transactions. My experience has been great and everything works positively.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

This is great tool in categorizing and analyzing the flow of sales and achievement of each sales representative. It enhances timely payment of goods ans services. Each sales team member is awarded according to performance with the right commissions.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have not experienced any challenge while working with this tool. Our sales channels are running well without downtime.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Oracle Incentive Compensation has guided our planning in enhancing improved sales. As a company we have discovered new productive sales and marketing techniques.
