What differentiates Oracle Incentive Compensation (OIC) from other similar products?

Through the use of this product is very simple to create accurate data analytics and the sales data management and teams coordination is very easy via this Oracle platform.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Interface design and the easy on features configuration and the implementation process is not complicated. The sales campaigns management using the product is also amazing.

What do you dislike most about this product?

No dislike at all for this Oracle Package, because the training was easy through their training guidance they provide and even the performance is cost effective.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Effective incentive designing and easy sales insights collection and to integrate multiple data across other third party tools is easy and perfect solution on project workflow management.

What differentiates Oracle Incentive Compensation (OIC) from other similar products?

I think its sheer ability to house all the incentive programs like spiffs, comp plans under one dashboard with great accuracy makes it a winner in the market!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love how it is able to give key insights that helps me plan my pipeline and finances better.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not a fan of the dashboard, it can be sometimes boring to look at

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Sales leaders need to consider implementing oracle for their sales teams as this drives transparency and saves time both for the managers and the employees. Oracle can be a super useful tool for growth stage companies too
