Oracle offers a single cloud that integrates all aspects of the business, including HR, finance, supply chain, and customer experience. This denotes a single, uniformly styled solution created from the ground up with the cloud in mind.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Utilize it for HR-related business. Integration with downstream systems, HCM extracts, HDL, and ADFDI are a few examples of business issues. Manage data models and create BI reports. Ensure that unsuccessful transactions are handled, and keep an eye on the performance of the entire program. Perform audit-related tasks in preparation for yearly audits. operations for reconciliation in accordance with business needs. assist with annual organizational reorganization efforts.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Increase the number of business-rule scenarios included in pre-existing functions. more forms of huge integration in contexts with diversity. The number of candidates who can be rejected in bulk should be increased from the existing cap of 150.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Since I've started utilizing this service, it has consistently delivered excellent results. They are quite easy to navigate, see, and access financial data, and may be used for a variety of HR shipments with individuals and groups in a lonely setting.
