They have solid statistics engine to back those test results, easy implementation for omnichannel & personal experiments setup.

Seamless collaboration and integration. Easy to create content and share with team

What differentiates Optimizely Digital Experience Platform from other similar products?

The ease of use and they're the leaders I feel in this space

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The relative ease it is to implement, along with the flexibility and the data returned being able to make quick decisions

What do you dislike most about this product?

Like most products of this age it has some weight to it and becoming more complicated in order to meet all feature requests. It's also maybe too good in that everything is requested to be A/B tested when it's not always necessary.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's a great tool but use it when truly needed and not as a crutch to make every business decision.
