The smart view makes the software usability unique. With a simple training, any person in the company can take the best from Extended ECM and save hardwork, focusing what really matters.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Configuration could be more simple. The classic view interface could save more clicks and facilitate the usage of the variables.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

When describing the process needed, mainly in workflows, specify exactly what you need and what needs to be done. Any unnecessary steps that won’t be used for your employee can cause performance problems.
