Very practical and allow us to service multiple clients, easily.

What do you dislike most about this product?
The reporting needs improving.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's very effective to run scripts, install/remove SW, getting basic info, remote console, etc. It has good integrations but it doesn't allow me to integrate it with whatever I would want.
