What differentiates NinjaOne from other similar products?
Most products do one thing well and then have a few add-ons to look like bells & whistles when in fact they are of little value. All of Ninja's core attributes are top level. They are constantly innovating, taking input from users, and creating a community, in the process.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I value the consolidation of features under one dashboard. I was able to retire four different software suites (remote connection, asset mgmt., ticketing, A/V) and improve on all of them in the process. Factoring in all of the other licensing costs for renewals, it turned it to a net zero proposition. In saying that, I added 10x the functionality and visibility. My account rep has been amazing as was the product specialist that led the initial onboarding.
What do you dislike most about this product?
My only issue thus far has been with Gravity Zone Bitdefender integration piece and dealing with Ninja support to resolve a Bitdefender issue. There was a bit of a disconnect that led to multiple interactions and a frustrating end-user experience.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The overall value is the product is amazing. Automated remote (unmanaged) deployment of software was a huge value add for us along with all of the other features available. Utilize as much of the functionality as possible and make sure you take the time to have an onboarding review. Train at least one person to near expert level so you maximize your investment and ensure you are leveraging the product to its fullest.

What differentiates NinjaOne from other similar products?
They keep improving there application and have a clear path to the future and they listen to you when you come with improments you feel more like a partner then a customer that only buys a tool.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
the patching. We have multiple customers that all need to be up to date with the latest patches. Ninja took all that work out of our hands so that we can keep ourself busy with other more fun stuff then patching.
What do you dislike most about this product?
At the moment it is the dashboard. It shows if the hardware is healthy or not but if a device is healthy but offline it turns grey and it won't be counted as healthy. That gives a wrong example of how healthy the devices are for a customer. So instead of 95% healthy it will show 65% healthy.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Make a top 10 list of things you need and want. After that do a trial and see if you have all your points are checked. If you look for a tool that is good with patching. Is inovating and keeps adding new tools to there portfolio. Then ninja one is the correct tool for you.
