What differentiates monday.com from other similar products?
dashboards are great for managers. you can pull in data from many different boards to create one summary view. there are widgets for charts, numbers, and timelines.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
it helps leadership see the big picture without having to look at every single task. a manager can have a dashboard that shows the workload of each person or the progress of all major projects.
What do you dislike most about this product?
the charts are a bit basic. they are not as powerful or customizable as a dedicated business intelligence tool like tableau. they are good for simple summaries but not for deep analysis.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
for getting a quick, visual overview of multiple projects, dashboards are very useful.

The multiple views in one platform is a very distinguishing factor for me.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the visual interface and the fact that it's easy to learn.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It's a bit pricey especially for small startups.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
First go with the free trial before moving over to the commercial version.

What differentiates monday.com from other similar products?
The product is simple to use and you can start using it straight out of the box without intense set up.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Creating projects is easy, creating tasks, and creating to-do lists is also easy and simple; you can get any type of report, whether resource-based or project-based, tools. This includes all. It's a great tool for keeping track of our project management tasks as part of our weekly compilation.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There are many such bugs. The workload view is not loading from the time allocation (which they rolled out forever). Once a project is checked out, previous and completed projects back up the autofill results so it's hard to find what you're trying to find quickly. Lately, tasks look like they have dependencies when they don't.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Absolutely good product.
