monday.com is very powerful platform in managing customer relationship in an organization.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It has the capability to secure customers data and store it for future reference. The user dashboard is easy to learn how it works and it has enabled our customers to interact with our services effectively.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have nothing to dislike from the performance of this great product.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I totally recommend this platform in any organization for effective data management and customer relations.

What differentiates monday.com from other similar products?
Tracking the progress of your entire team on any project and assigning tasks to different members of our team!
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Beautiful interface and is so easy to navigate and use. I like keeping all my tasks organized and Monday.com has so much functionality. I like that I can make updates and attach documents and screenshots to those updates.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing to dislike at the moment. It works great!
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you need to make sure you are staying on top of projects and make sure you are completing priority tasks, then this is a must-have!

colour coding and being able to tag people with in the program
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
That I can export my different boards onto excel and then print off the spreadsheet
What do you dislike most about this product?
some times its hard to find specific tasks or notifications

I would not make any recommendations - this program has everything I need
