Incredible tool for cross-functional projects

What differentiates monday.com from other similar products?
Monday.com offers much. more customization than similar tools I've used in the past, and its various board/projects/subcategories make it incredibly easy to keep the whole team organized while we collaborate on projects.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The mobile app is easily the best I've ever used for a project management tool. It's straightforward, simple and offers all of the features you'd find on the website.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It can be challenging for newcomers to pick it up, especially if they aren't used to working with similar tools. While I was able to pick it up relatively quickly, it caused a lot of frustration among other members of my team.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Go for it! Despite the fact that it takes a bit of time to set up and get everyone trained, you'll end up with a great, comprehensive tool that will keep your team organized and working efficiently. it's a great addition to any company, especially one that requires a lot of cross-functional work between teams.

Challenging, but the best task management tool

What differentiates monday.com from other similar products?
Monday.com is one of the best project management tools I've ever used. It's perfect for large marketing teams, and the dashboard is great.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Organization of pipelines and status of projects/tasks.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It's quite challenging to use, and setting up the automations can be somewhat complex initially. This software is a little pricey and more suited for medium-sized companies, so it's not highly recommended for startups.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Definitely one of the best project management tools and a great CRM as well. Just ensure your company has the size and budget for it.
