Its visual and drag-and-drop flexibility, which makes it easy to customize workflows without needing technical skills.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Its pricing can get expensive as you scale and add more advanced features.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
When boards get heavy, the system can become noticeably less responsive. Something monday.com should address as a priority.

Monday.com stands out with its visually intuitive interface, customizable workflows and real time collaboration tools.. Unlike many other project management tools it offers a low-code/no-code platform that lets teams build tailored solutions without needing developers.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The drag and drop boards and automation tools are a game-changer. They make task tracking feel less like a chore and more like a creative process
What do you dislike most about this product?
The pricing structure can be limiting. Specially for freelancers and very small teams. The free plan is quite restricted and the three user minumum on paid plans feels unnecessary
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Start with the free trial to explore its features. If you are part of a growing team that values customization and visual clarity Monday.com will be a solid investment
