What differentiates MoEngage from other similar products?

Many small things done well. 1) Prompt & knowledgeable Support team 2) New features releases as per customer feedback - User Analysis, Time Period Comparison, compare vs user attribute, etc. They really understand the users well that shows from their robust product development pipeline.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Easy Integration, in-depth analytics capabilities

What do you dislike most about this product?

Pricing for enhanced throughput of APIs is at a higher side (Although this issue is there with all vendors)

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Go for it, you'll not regret it. But also get someone who can use this product to the fullest.
