It's provided with the M365 full licenses so it saves money.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Maintaining meaningful relationships with remote, off site and in office workers. It's a modern tool for quick communication.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Often you're unable to view someone else's screen during sharing from the APP.

What sets Microsoft Teams apart from other collaborative software is that it integrates perfectly into Microsoft 365, a single platform for all things - chat, meeting, file sharing, and project management. Deep integration with Office apps, strong collaboration features, and enterprise-grade security make it an extremely attractive choice for organizations that use Microsoft services.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Another feature that shines with Microsoft Teams is its integration with the Microsoft 365 suite of applications, enabling team collaboration on several documents, spreadsheets, and presentations in one setting. This will allow you to easily streamline workflow by maintaining most of the tools and information in one place, boosting productivity.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I would say the most difficult part with the aspect of Microsoft Teams is that the features are so complex and sometimes so overwhelming; it's really not easy to understand and effectively use them all, especially for a new user. Also, performance problems occur as in lagging or slowdown, depending on the size of the teams or the volume of activity.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
