What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Microsoft teams have the best audio and video quality for video calls moreover, it can be integrated with so many tools within Microsoft ecosystem and third party as well which makes it unique.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of using Teams is that people can collaborate real time and it has great feature of taking control of the devices which makes so many things easy when presenting data to the stakeholders.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is not much to dislike though the call drop issue still persists in low coverage areas which can be troublesome when attending an important meeting.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend this tool to every organization who are looking for allrounder tool.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Microsoft is pretty well known in the tech space so support is always great, along with the interface.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Favourite aspect has to be the screensharing in meetings, I lead a small team so this feature allows me to train new employees as well as present findings and reports.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Probably the issues after updates, my teams will often crash with no notice of what happened after certain updates. It should also have a central cloud drive to store and share documents between certain groups you create within your organization.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's costly so if your purpose is just to communicate, there are cheaper alternatives.
