What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

It has everything necessary stored in one place! You could do almost anything in Teams, calls, schedule meetings, send tasks to employees and etc. which is very convenient and makes you think that you don’t need any other platform

Versatility and flexibility

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing so far, our company used Teams daily and we did not have any issues

The quality of this software is top-notch! It is flexible, versatile and has everything one could need, rarely has any technical issues
