What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Microsoft Teams allows users to communicate and collaborate with each other from anywhere in the world. Additionally, it can be synced with multiple other products whether Microsoft or another platform.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The feature I use the most is that chat feature, however, the teams group where files can be uploaded, shared, and edited is an excellent resource within the platform versus having to be connected to the network or use a different cloud product. With everything being integrated it saves time and resources.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have not come across any issues with Microsoft Teams.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Anyone who needs to either communicate, meet virtually, or collaborate with someone else would benefit from using Microsoft Teams.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Its biggest differential to other products is without doubt its easy integration to other Microsoft products. On the other hand simple and necessary integrations with 3rd vendor apps are not available what stop us to create reliable processes with important tools.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The realtime chat transcription and automatic translation are in my humble opinion the most powerful feature in relation to other competitors.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Unexpected behaviours, for example, if is common files previously shared into chat rooms just disappear. Also I don't like the way the conversations are organized in blocks. Sometime we get lost on them.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Even being a Microsoft tool, I feel like it is something not that mature. If you strictly needs integrations to other microsoft products then you should evaluate it. If not, wouldn't hurt to take a look on other tools.
