What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes there is an issue with Teams application dropping me out of call without notifying or showing me connecting . It can be unstable sometimes if you are using a low spec PC.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Definitely the best collaboration and web conferencing tool of all time

I have not used similar products as Microsoft Teams in our company.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Video conferencing among our teams during our organization meeting especially during this period of Covid-19 pandemic. Linking with our customers is very effective and our customers can conduct us any time when they need assistance.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have nothing to dislike from this great platform. It has offered great services to our organization.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I totally recommend Microsoft Teams to any organization for effective video and web conferences.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

I have only used it for web conferencing and in that way I feel Microsoft has the same features as many competitors (such as Zoom)

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Its features are better displayed than in Zoom

What do you dislike most about this product?

You have to download it in order to access the meeting, so sometimes that is a problem when meeting with people that are not familiar with it

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

To know how many people in the organization use this, instead of other services
