What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Quoted Reply feature is really good especially when there are multiple discussions happening in the group chat. One can directly reply beneath the message indicating that the reply is especially on a specific topic being discussed.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The fact the Quoted Reply feature is only available on Mobile and not on the desktop version is an area of improvement for Teams.

On and all, this platform has everything that one would need to establish collaboration between the team members and continue delivering value to the business due to this effective medium of communication. The audio and video conferencing capability lets users communicate and share knowledge, discuss concerns and issues, conduct webinars, and planning session etc. Features like broadcasting messages, file sharing, instant messaging, liking comments, etc are really unique and make this an easy pick over other products in the market.

Simple use and smooth change from PC to mobile.

What do you dislike most about this product?

1.Everything in one box. If you have 2 or more screens you can take out selected chat only. 2. You can not download list of members of your Team without administrator.

If more of your Business partners are using MSTeams you should join. Its more powerful if used across more teams/ organisations.

MS teams is the best product for collaboration and most widely used software in any type of industry. Very user friendly and has simple user interface with lot of great features for communication due to which it makes stand apart from other collaboration tools like Zoom and Skype. It has helped lot of projects in this bad pandemic time, many are asked to work from home and to be in touch and collaborate MS teams has helped a lot in very minimal time, transitions were carried very smoothly on MS teams. Best part was to use MS Teams there is no training required, beginners can easily navigate and take control on all its features.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

There are lot of great features of this product which helps in all our day's activity - - It has impressive user interface which is easily be used by beginners - It provides best audio and video quality which helps during meetings - Meetings can be easily scheduled and attended - Instant messaging, group chat helps to be in touch all the time and be updated with work's progress - Screen sharing helps to collaborate and work together on any single task - Meetings can be recorded easily and can be used for future references

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have no dislikes at all as it had served all my purpose and works very effectively and efficiently. Definitely waiting to use it again in near future.

MS Teams has lot of great features which can be utilised very easily for communication. I am very much positive on this tool and would strongly recommend to user where there is a requirement of collaboration. Best features under great brand
