What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

MS Teams is very easy to use compared to others. We previously used WebEx and it was difficult to navigate, share your screen, and give control to other users for presentations.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love how it's integrated with Outlook. When you set up a meeting in Outlook, all you have to do is click a button to add the Teams capability to the appointment.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes there are echos and we haven't been able to figure out why. It's more frequent when people use the app on their phone vs a computer.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are already a Microsoft user, this will be very intuitive and easily integrate into Outlook and Sharepoint.
