What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

This tool serves as collaboration for work so that you and your team are always informed, connected and in a better way organized within the organization where everything is in one place, allowing video meetings, file storage as well as integration of Applications

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the tool because it is created in a comfortable way, useful and easy to use for any job, allowing you to be in a more comfortable way, informed, organized and always connected, everything in one place, it allows you to store many files, gather a team, also use Chat in one place for email and securely edit files at the same time

What do you dislike most about this product?

I like everything about this tool, I don't dislike it, it is a very effective tool to use for any organization

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend this tool for its comfortable way of being able to use it within any organization, being very collaborative in a way that allows them to always be informed, organized and connected, all of this in one place

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Teams offers more than just online meeting capabilities. It also provides an instant messaging service and integration with Sharepoint, allowing you to do a lot more, however it does require a little more setup and effort to roll out than alternative online meeting solutions.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The integration with other Microsoft tools such as Sharepoint and Outlook.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Users have to have a 365 license setup and assigned to run meetings with Teams.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you're rolling out 365, include Teams in your roll out and get it enterprise wide as soon as possible so that everyone can get on it and collaborate. If you're not rolling out 365, consider alternatives.
