What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

The most important feature is the microsoft security stages. I'm using at least 6 more uses of microsoft.

easy meeting organization

What do you dislike most about this product?

sometimes my alerts don't work. IT will control.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

They can use it without thinking. very easy and accessible. My staff love it too. I am indispensable in internal communication.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

The file collaboration and ability to track and hold history of chats and shared files. The ease at which to find old documents or look through previous chats for critical information is important to the business operations

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The sharing of files as well as ability to join chats and meetings instantly

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have calls dropping a lot when taken from my phone. Many times is hops on and off when walking or leaving the building although I have a current phone with 4G. Also, search is sometimes disappointing. Its a little hidden as how to find certain documents or files, but I think par for the course given how much information is exchanged and tranferred within this platform.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend that you utilize the full extent of the capabilities of this platform. While great for chat, the video conference, sharing and overall document collaboration is both great while it makes it another repository for business documentation, however the same to be aware is that it create a whole other repository of work comm and documents. So another place required to now look for information that may not be communicated anywhere else.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Must tool especially in the times of pandemic to interact with the peers over video calls and conduct the stand-ups discussions and easy to create the teams group to consolidate all the quick information for the team members, allows the user to record the session and also allows the user to send the files instantly and download them

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Sharing the screen with the team members and creation of the team groups to store the important and quick info with the team, allows the most important liked is the video calls with the different background so that the background view is not visible to the team members in case of the background activity

What do you dislike most about this product?

Recent times have observed the thermal temperature of the system goes up with the video call when different background video settings are applied and shut down automatically and the other worst option is the status of the user goes to idle mode quite frequently gets freezed at one status

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Should ensure the status of the user is not frozen and time to stat of the application should be bit fast
