What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?
Microsoft Teams is a great tool to have instant massaging and also very unique features to create the group based on the teams and business topics, it has very good features to add documents in that as well, once we share the document this will store in the Microsoft repository and the group member can access anytime, search option is very fast to see old messages as a reference.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Document sharing with screen sharing is very nice features also this has the white board features during meeting so we can share whiteboard and have rough notes to track the meeting minutes.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I do not find anything dislike as this is the great product from Microsoft.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is must tool to have in any organization as this will really add lot of value and the main benefit is that IT team can get the screen sharing and provide instance support which will surely benefit the business criticality.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?
An application that has a proven track record for the "Teams" URL to be sent even in meetings with other companies. The motion is light. It will start up stably even on a low spec PC. The meeting setup is very simple as meeting times are recorded. It is used by MTG inside and outside the company. It works with Gmail and the Microsoft calendar application, so. If you want to MTG with someone, it is very convenient to be able to start MTG immediately without having to open the application and set it up.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Internal use began in 2021. Until now, there were four methods of communication: telephone, e-mail, face-to-face conferencing, and videoconferencing, but with the increase in equipment, communication has been facilitated. Specifically, it involves the following. Conducting a web conference at your own site. Face-to-face. No need to set up the conference room like a TV conference. You can see the exchange in the chat tree and the reaction is completed with the seal.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Communication stability is better than when it was first introduced, but it can become unstable depending on the time zone. Still, the line never went dead, so no problem.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The frequency of meetings with employees and customers at other bases has increased due to the web conferencing tool. Due to a shortage of travel time, the number of meetings every day has grown. Minor correspondence has shifted from email to chat, and the volume of emails has dropped. Important content is no longer buried.
