What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

It's connectivity to other Microsoft products, allows file sharing/contribution making it an excellent product compared to others

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ease of video conferencing, and the functions surrounding this. Such as breakout rooms, screen-sharing and the ability to instant chat during meetings

What do you dislike most about this product?

There doesn't seem to be many updates or improvements to the product, the vendor seems to be stagnant when wanting to improve this

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I'd recommend anyone to upload Microsoft based files into Teams, such as excel files. Here you're able to see how the collaboration works, and how this may benefit you're business

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Both the app platform and the desktop format of Microsoft Teams are quite adaptable for video conferencing; also, they are very conductive and easy to use for a novice and those with or without information Technology skills to explore. Additionally, it enables great group chats and interaction among coworkers and allows me to share files via file sharing.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Microsoft Teams is best suited for businesses that wish to maintain clear and straightforward employee communication. It is excellent for organizing meetings and providing online training materials that can be accessed at home or in the workplace. It can be used to communicate with clients and give them the most recent statistics and information.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Perhaps the most annoying aspect is that it occasionally crashes while being utilized. No software is perfect, but this one lacks the ability to send emails through teams and sync to Outlook as emails. Given that this is also a Microsoft product, it would have been preferable to incorporate this capability within to improve communications a little.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is a great software for online meetings...

Well, Teams basically has everything, at your fingertips. You can literally have all of this and more in the free version itself!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The amazing collaborative nature of this product is what gets me. And not just that, the weekly insights, reminders... and the IM!

What do you dislike most about this product?

There's nothing much to dislike about it, honestly.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

In my honest opinion, use it! I feel it's better than Zoom at times. :)
