What do you dislike most about this product?

nothing, it has all the features one would need from an Instant messenger, it also has stickers and gifs to light up the mood during boring meetings.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

this is a great product from Microsoft and is a great update from skype, with a ton of features like channels, sub-channels, and important and urgent messages it helps you work with great speed and productivity inside as well as outside your organisation.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Microsoft teams have almost every feature, You can instantly call a teammate with a simple click Say who is in a call so you don't bother them screen share and set meetings with all the team

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Having voice notes may be simple for some people but it's amazing for the everyday communications Easiness of integration, you can use any app and set reminders for every meeting and use Polly for polls with the whole team Ease of administration and adding people, it's not easy at first but once you get it you can add people very easily and manage all team issues from one site

What do you dislike most about this product?

They add many features which are amazing but they need to check the quality of performance of every feature I get laggs in many meetings notification is not stable, sometimes it's working fine and some other times it's not which can lead you to miss many important messages the use of files inside the channels in so slow and needs more work

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Its amazing for companies to communicate easily and have daily calls and voice notes But you need to have good and smart employees to be able to deal with teams

Teams is used widely being part of the MS suite. This makes it easy to integrate new colleagues in our company.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The easiness to setup video calls.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The integrations to Yammer and Planner are still not on a good level
