Is a bit dated and more unreliable, but has all the tools and features to do the job

The transition from chat to video conference is convenient

Not a reliable connection and often times sounds are muffled in Teams when not in other video conferencing tools

The blurred background is quite good.

Look into Zoom, or GMeets, much better.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

I really like how Microsoft teams has got video conferencing that works great, but they have also got the really useful aspect of the instant messenger. This is really useful and something that Zoom (what I previously uses) didn't have.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The instant messenger feature, it makes it so easy to ask quick questions without getting lost in someone's full inbox.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is not quite as easy to use at first glance for a new employee as Zoom, but after a couple of times, it is pretty quick to pick up.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would definitely recommend it, it is great for collaboration between co-workers and also for hosting virtual meetings.
