What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Easy to use no need of training before using it simple UI and platform easy to share screen and attend meeting clear quality of voice calls and video calls easy file transfer

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

MS Teams has a very simple yet powerful UI so that anyone can use it from day one. I love using it and I use it on daily basis. Now I can attend meetings from my home without any problem

What do you dislike most about this product?

No dislikes for Microsoft Teams. Everything is perfect.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Everyone should consider it for the virtual meetings without any hesitation

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

I started using teams in the year 2020 and have used both the web and Android versions to attend meetings. It is an amazing platform for video conferencing and holding virtual meetings. I can get documents, calendar, notes etc all at one place in an organised way. Raising hand and taking automatic notes during the meet are the best features I feel.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Attendance list is provided to the host at the end of every meet where name of attendees, joining time and leaving time is mentioned. Calls can easily be transferred between the web and app. There is feature for recording the meeting which is very useful for referencing to any conversation anytime.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The User Interface is not highly intuitive and can be improved further. Initially it takes some time to get accustomed to Microsoft teams. Very difficult to connect teams in average or poor internet connection.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Need to be a little patient while setting this up and initial onboarding of the users. Explore all the plans before arriving at anyone to make sure it serves majority of users in the organisation.
