What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Its integration with Microsoft product, which helps a lot when you are using many Microsoft products. Ability to connect different apps and send data using those. Using office apps in teams is also very helpful.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Its simplicity and office apps in chat. Dark theme is good and also to show organization chats and other information about colleagues are useful. Also showing teams status in outlook is also helpful.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Its search is worst, you cant search for messages and scroll up and down, you will see specific message only. It only keeps limited chat in Recent and don't show old chats which are important.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If using Microsoft suite already then go for it.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

The ability of the tool to accommodate high number of participant and also the side features which helps those in meetings to seek clarity without interruption the one presenting or facilitator.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The favorite thing about the tool is that we are able to schedule recurring meetings without fail. The team is also notified of the meeting through reminders before the meeting starts.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Microsoft teams needs a high speed internet connection to avoid disconnection.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Cut the cost of physical meetings through the use of teams and you will never regret.
