What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

The hyperactive support team jumps into it in case any issue is faced by the client. For this same reason, we have relied on this software entirely without any backup software.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

A call on one bridge can be kept on hold while I can join a different bridge and the preview that the camera provides before actually switching on the camera.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Though very rarely, we have encountered some operational glitches with MS teams, like the notification sound didn't work when someone messaged. This had been sorted out by their technical team real quick.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Very reliable product with seamless integration of the entire Microsoft ecosystem applications.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

The best thing about Microsoft Teams is that there are no restrictions on adding people to group meetings. The voice/video quality is impeccable and works great across platforms. It has the ability to edit messages that have already been sent. Easy to set up and use. Scheduled meetings/interviews for each team can be recorded and viewed later.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

First of all to begin with, it is very easy to use(in terms of UI). There are many additional features that can really help in certain situations. In fact, it was designed with many use cases in mind.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It will take some time to get used to all of these features properly, as it contains many additional features that extend the core functionality. It would be nice if it was as simple as Zoom and had all these features.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

MS Teams as all know, its backobone of every industry and therefore its a must go.
