MS Teams is very user friendly and easy to use. It is very flexible platform as well for video conferencing on both desktop and mobile application. Also, it has best audio/video HD quality which helps in having flawless communication. Such benefits and features differentiate MS Team from other collaboration tools in current market.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

MS Teams has everything which an organization asks for, it allows different teams working on various projects to collaborate and communicate seamlessly. Now-days it has helped a lot for all users who are working remotely, it allows everyone to be in touch via audio calls/ instant messages and many more medium. It has lot of additional features as well like screen sharing, scheduling calls / video conferencing, recordings a session. Recording a session during transition of knowledge helps team for future use. Overall best in business.

What do you dislike most about this product?

MS Teams works very slow on virtual machines; it hampers system performance where user loses its productivity sometimes and had to shut off the MS Teams and work which is really annoying.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would strongly recommend MS Teams for all users where there is a requirement to collaborate teams from different platform. It has best features and benefits which allows users work in better way.

It stands out from competing programs thanks to its useful features and functions, user-friendliness, and straightforward interface, all of which facilitate effective internal and external communication.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to make adjustments is MS Teams' strongest feature. MS Teams users may simply add graphics without pixelation, communicate with emojis/gifs/memes, and create checklists for group projects. I enjoy that I can give my group chats a unique name, and that alerts appear quietly in the screen's corner. Messages and meeting recordings may be searched for and retrieved with little effort using MS Teams.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Dislike that you can't clear your message log. I wish there was a way to archive old communications and access them when necessary without having to delete them completely. Also annoying is receiving instant message alerts after ending a video call. As soon as I leave the meeting, please silence any further texts. Attendees often send "thank you" messages at the end of seminars, but twenty individuals at once is excessive.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend the program because it's very easy to use and has a good graphical user interface. All of the other features that come with it are also a big plus.
