Integration with different platforms which makes it easy to work with it

What do you dislike most about this product?

When the product fails, a specific solution is not found, it is very difficult to recover the correct functioning of the system

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is very intuitive, no training is needed to know how to use it, speaking from the end user's side, but it is necessary to know how many problems it presents could be solved.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

MS Teams is much easy to use in comparison to other software of same category. Its user interface is very clear and simple and It can be use without any prior training. MS Teams comes with the power of Microsoft whose name is enough to describe its reliability.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

As an MNC employee who is working from home since more than 2 years I never feel that I am not in my office because MS Teams enable me to attend, join or hold any meetings virtually with teammates or with clients. We regularly interact with international clients and organize all the meetings on MS Teams. MS Teams easily collaborates with Outlook so that I can check whether any person is available or not from Outlook. File transferring is very easy in MS Teams. Voice calls and video calls quality is superb even in low internet. Hand raise was missing in MS Teams but now it is available

What do you dislike most about this product?

NO dislikes MS Teams is better than all the products available in market for video conferencing.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Anyone looking for video conferencing tool must use MS Teams without any hesitation.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

The meeting record option, the audio and video quality in Microsoft teams are the features that differentiate it from similar products.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The meeting record option is my favourite aspect of this product. It's easy to join any meeting from the browser as well as from the app. Teams have an inbuilt messaging option which we can access even after the meeting has been completed. We can easily look through all the messages and can also see the status of joined and left people. Audio and video quality is been good in teams.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes it's difficult to join a meeting if we don't have teams app. Also, we can't join a meeting if the host hasn't started a meeting yet and also host has to accept people one by one even if they are invited.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's recommended to use the teams app if anyone has to have a hassle-free experience in organizing a meeting. But it's recommended to user teams if anyone wants their meeting to be recorded.
