What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Microsoft Teams has the fantastic benefit of being connected and integrated with the whole Office 365 package, so it kind of knows what you're working on, who you're working with and its getting better and better on predicting user needs.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is very easy and simple to use, the proximity to people feels real and pragmatic.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I do believe it has many crashes for a Microsoft product.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure you understand its capabilities to its full potential, they can be surprising and very simple to use (i.e. plugging apps)

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

The ease of integration with Power Platform like Power BI allows me to publish a report directly into Team so that my team can view this with a basic licence. I hold Performance Dialogues using this method. I can instantly assign tasks using Planner and create Sharepoint list via Teams instead of going into Sharepoint. This tool integrates with Office 365 applications and it allows me to do my work all in one place

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Integration with Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate!

What do you dislike most about this product?

Cannot merge Teams Channels

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is an One Stop tool that integrates with everyday essential business applications such as word, Excel and Power BI report (If you use this). Allows for online collaboration so effectively that I no longer need a company mobile phone!

Easy to use no need of training before using it simple UI and platform easy to share screen and attend meeting clear quality of voice calls and video calls easy file transfer

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

MS Teams has a very simple yet powerful UI so that anyone can use it from day one. I love using it and I use it on daily basis. Now I can attend meetings from my home without any problem

What do you dislike most about this product?

No dislikes for Microsoft Teams. Everything is perfect.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Everyone should consider it for the virtual meetings without any hesitation
