What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

It just feels outdated. I only use it because we must use it as a collaboration tool.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

None, really.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Pretty much everything. UX, features, especially the integrated document editor that often breaks the document layout.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

It can be easily be used in place of your traditional VOIP solutions. You don't need to have separate video and voice conference softwares in company like zoom or GTM. instant messaging couldn't be more easier than this. Organizational model stands out as a new feature. Linking with Linkedin is a star.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Easy to install and setup for any user. center console for admins to create roles and stop access based on needs.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's screen sharing is bit laging. Not all headphones work with teams, it should be univeral. Sometimes teams create multiple instances of processes in task manager.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Please try this product. It's a must have. Easy to implement and use as compared to google chat or other solutions out there.
